Our online and virtual ASL classes feature progressive language and comprehension development levels – meaning they build on each other. We highly recommend taking each course in the appropriate level order.

Our ASL classes feature progressive language and comprehension development levels – meaning they build on each other. For this reason, we highly recommend taking each course in the appropriate level order. Questions concerning “testing out” of a level are directed to Rachel Leffel at rleffel@chsc.org.
This is NOT an Interpreter Training Program and is NOT an accredited CE program. However, successful completion of these classes will provide you with a strong, conversational knowledge of ASL.
ASL Class Policy
- Children 16 years old and younger must get permission from the instructor to attend. Inquire at rleffel@chsc.org.
- A minimum total of 8 students must be registered and paid for the class to be held. Class size is limited.
- Registration will close Friday prior to the first day of class.
- Registrations must be paid in full prior to the first day of class.
- Full refund if requested up to the week before classes begin. 50% refund if requested within a week of the first class.
