Other Ways to Give
Charitable IRA Rollover, also called a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
If you are age 70 ½ or older consider making a tax-free gift from your IRA (Individual Retirement Account) today to Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center
Here's how:
- You must be age 70 ½ or older at the time of the gift.
- Funds must transfer directly from your IRA to Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center.
- The transfer does not generate taxable income or a tax deduction. You benefit even if you do not itemize your tax deductions.
- You can exclude up to $100,000 from your taxable income.
- If you haven't taken your required minimum distribution for the year, a roll-over gift can satisfy all or part of that requirement.
You can make gifts of any amount up to $100,000 before December 31, 2024 directly from your IRA to Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center. Thank you for keeping our services accessible to all Northern Ohioans, free of financial barriers.
